  • Responsibilities

    • Manage the SEB Secretariats to ensure consistency/integration across the SEBs.
    • Coordinate with the SEB Chairs, Secretariats, and subject matter experts to complete an analysis of and maintain consistency of contract clauses.
    • Support development and implementation of the OHA Security Plan for the OHA Manager.
    • Support the development and implementation of procedures to control access to SEB work areas, and the safeguarding of SEB proceedings and data.
    • Support the preparation, reproduction, control and distribution of all material relating to the activity of the SEBs.
    • Track and distribute applicable procedures, policies, instruction, etc. to SEB members, advisors and ex-officio members.
    • Follow-up on action items assigned to SEB members and coordinate with the DOE Federal Scheduler to ensure the procurement schedule is maintained.
    • Prepare minutes of meetings, obtain the OHA Program Manager or Chairperson’s approval, and distribute copies to all SEB members and others designated by the OHA.
    • Assist with logistical and administrative matters involving tours, conferences and oral presentations.
    • Support preparation and assembling of SEB reports and presentation charts, and arrange for reproduction and distribution.
    • Prepare materials for debriefings.
    • Perform integrating activities such as arranging for SEB evaluation training, assisting in developing OHA integration materials for discussion.

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Significant experience in evaluating, tracking, and coordinating projects.
    • Skilled at critical thinking, problem identification and resolution.
    • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other automation tools.
    • Ability to create various types of performance status reports.
    • All candidates will undergo a background investigation and must be found eligible to receive the appropriate security credential (badge) prior to final approval for hire, and
    • Must be a U.S. citizen.

    Supervisory

    Supervise and mentor all site personnel.

    Physical Demands

    • Must be able to lift & carry up to and excess of 30 lbs.
    • Moderate to extensive sitting; moderate standing, bending, twisting, lifting & reaching
    • Moderate to extended periods of office work with heavy periods of computer usage Moderate to extensive periods of analytical tasks requiring extensive reasoning abilities.

    Work Environment

    The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people in different functions, personalities and abilities.

    Work Schedule

    40 hours per week.  May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
