  • Overview

    Supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business solutions in support of planning, research, and implementation. Business solutions are based on the customer needs and crafted to drive the development of solutions. Documents customer specifications and interacts with other support groups to apply understanding of customers business. Plans and leads customer projects with some guidance. Anticipates, researches, identifies, and develops solutions to customer problems. Communicate business solutions to implementation team to ensure that business requirements are implemented accurately and meet the customer’s requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
    • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible. 
    • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints.
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.

    Physical Demands

    Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

    Work Environment

    Work is performed in both an office setting, and outdoors.  Employee often exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, loud noise, chemicals and vibration. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.

    Work Schedule

    40 hours per week.  May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
