  • Overview

    The Project Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site facility in accordance with contract and corporate requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for performing Records Management Services on a daily basis to include: Tracking Controls, Processing New Accessions, File Activity, Record Retention, Retrieval, Re-files, Disposal, Perform WALZ System Functions and Provide physical storage and maintenance of electronic media.
    • Makes decisions for technical and business management activity related to executing the contract.
    • Acts as a liaison with government and military staff as necessary to promote contract operational efficiency.
    • Responds to client-identified performance concerns.
    • Reports all operational, administrative, and logistics issues to the Division Director or Corporate Office as appropriate.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other Business related field. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a two year to one year basis.
    • Minimum of five (5) years management experience.

     

    Special Skills:

    • Must possess the skills necessary to be designated as the Site Manager in writing by the Company to the PCO and COR.
    • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible.
    • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Flexibility in scheduling work hours and available for occasional travel.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints.
    • Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license, and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.

    Supervisory

    Supervise and mentor all site personnel.

    Physical Demands

    Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.  It is Katmai’s business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.

    Work Environment

    Work is performed in a professional office setting including normal office equipment and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.

    Work Schedule

    40 hours per week and occasional overtime as required to maintain operations
