  • Overview

    Clerical in nature and clearly defined within contract scope of work.  Performs routine activities, repetitive in nature.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.


    • Accuracy of file content maintenance.
    • Accurate computer data entry into receivables log and/or other database systems.
    • Accurate and timely review of NAIDS submission packets.
    • Conduct communications with brokers to clarify NAIDS submissions, if required.
    • Review of pass-through SFF transmittals, when required.
    • Comply with Internal Control Policies.
    • SAMS retrievals
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Entry level position
    • Requires High School Diploma or GED
    • General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
    • General knowledge of office procedures and use of standard office equipment.
    • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within accounting and administrative fields.
    • General knowledge of expense documentation,
    • Able to manage confidential and financial information appropriately.
    • Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to pay close attention to details with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.



    Physical Demands

    Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.  It is Katmai’s business philosophy and practice to provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.

    Work Environment

    Work is performed in a professional office setting including the normal office equipment (computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.

    Work Schedule

    40 hours per week. Must be available for occasional overtime when necessary and approved.
